(Un)Happy Heart’s Day

My good friend Mark summed it up in four letters: SSDD – same shit, different day. Not that I care really. After all, I’ve had more single-night-valentines-day-eves than my ego could ever take. Oh well. I did spend the night with two of my closest buddies here in Oz: Mark and Mean. I cooked dinner (beef ravioli, chicken wings and garlic bread) at my place, then we all headed off to Coles to buy stuff for the Centre’s International Night on Sunday. Oh, how romantic. Geez. Sigh.

Wishing all you saccharine-loving, hopeless romantics out there, a happy heart’s day! As for me: “Who cares, uy!”
